Hi,

I was born in Hardoi on 09th July 1982 at 11:45 a.m. at a Hospital in Hardoi. Most probably it was a Government hospital. My father was posted as a Judge at that moment of time in Hardoi. My Parents are no more and i do not know the name of the Hospital where i was born. How do i get the Birth Certificate? Im currently residing and working in Delhi.

Please help me to get my Medical Certificate or the procedure thereof.
