Hi, I was looking for the indemnity bond with 100 rupees non judicial

Reported on October 21, 2015 from Hyderabad , Telangana  ι Report #80056

Hi,

I was looking for the indemnity bond with 100 rupees non judicial bond for the transfer of electric meter title transfer from apartment builder to my ownership after the sale deed executed in registrar office.

As per the gazette released by Government of India under ministry of law and justice, the notary charges for noting the instrument should not exceed more than 50 rupees for the amount less that 10000 rupees. But the notary officers was asking the price 300 rupees without the cost of stamp paper.

How should we raise this issue to the government and who has the authority to take action on these notary officers and these officers will not give any payment receipt .
