Hi I'm a retired naval officer presently residing in my own house at Kochi, Kerala. My last appointment in the Navy was in Bangalore, where I had got my driving license renewed in 2012. This licence was originally issued in Kerala but unfortunately i do not have the details. Anyways, the license issued to me by Bangalore RTO will expire in Feb 2017. I wish to renew the same in Kerala as I have settled here permanently. Can you kindly help with the procedure or solution for the same.
