Hi, My 2 wheeler driving license was issues in Gulbarga(Karnataka),

Hi,
My 2 wheeler driving license was issues in Gulbarga(Karnataka), and then after 4 years i applied for additional vehicle(4 wheeler) license in Chitradurga(Karnataka).

Currently i reside in Bangalore from past 10 year, and my driving license is going to expire by Nov2017.

In order to apply for renewal of driving license, do i need to take any NOC from Gulbarga,Chitardurga ROT, and then apply in Bangalore RTO.

Please suggest.
