Hi. My name is Ramaakhaanth. I'm from Bangalore. Currently, I reside in Sydney, Australia. I'd cleared my DL Test for 4 wheeler in November 2017 and I'm still awaiting the delivery of my Driving License (I'd given my parents house address for delivery as I'd to go out of India). Its 5 months and still no trace of it. I'm not able to track it online as it either says "No Details Available" or "Improper Details". I do not know what to do. Kindly help.
