Hi,
my vehicle is registered in Karnataka, where i was posted (Central govt appointment). Presently i am retired and shifted my home to Kerala. Please tell me following
a) For how many Officially days i can play my vehicle around Kerala with out changing registration?
b) I took a NOC from Karnataka RTO, what is the validity of NOC?
c) What are the Official Consequences , i can face in Kerala Roads.(Both from traffic Police and RTO)?
d) whether , I can pay road tax for two years and i can use the vehicle in kerala, with out changing the address. ( I may shift back to karnataka after 2 years)
