Hi Sir,

I already have PHC Certificate which is given is guntur general hospital. But yesterday i went to Retifile bus stand near to secunderabad station and asked for city sub ordinarty PHC Pass. But the agent said that this certificate is not valid. You need to get sadhern certificate. Please let me know the details as early as possible.
