Hi Sir/ Madam,

Greetings from Oxfam India!

Our shops and establishment act license has expired and have applied through the ekarmika portal.
But we have not got any revert on it and no request on payment for renewal has been asked.
Have written many mails on the ekarmika mail ID for the same.

Not getting proper revert if we call the karmika bhavan.

Kindly guide us on how and whom to co-ordinate as it has expired on jan 31st 2018
