Hi,

We are residents of Vaastu Pleasant Apartment, Green Garden Layout, Munnekolala - 560037. We are completely dependent on external water source (water tankers), so we decided to go head for Kaveri connection. When we approached BWSSB, the person who is working there as Assistant Engineer (Ramesh) arranged a dummmy contractor / agent and demanding money 10% of the total cost of Kaveri connection. For our apartment we might need to pay around 12 lakh rupees official expenditure for getting the Kaveri connection. So we need to pay bribe of one lakh twenty thousand rupees to him.

We are not comfortable paying such a huge money as bribe ... Please help and advise how can we solve this? ( I mean, how to get the Kaveri Connection without paying the bribe.)
