I already have passport issued in 2007 before my marriage which was on my father's name.But now i
want to add my husband's name on my passport at the earliest but for this i do not have marriage certificate.Is there any other way so that i can apply for my passport.Since my husband is not in India now
and i also want to move at the earliest,kindly suggest me what shall i do??
