I am 55 year old. I need my birth certificate. I am totally at a loss as none of the MCD offices/SDM office i contacted/visited gave me a solution.
none of my parents are alive.
i was not born in any hospital/nursing home.
i have my passport which gives my date and place of birth and school leaving certificate which mentions my date of birth and only father's name
is there any way to get my birth certificate?
i am desparate
