I am a Ph.D. student residing in Delhi. I have every thing that proves that I am a resident of Delhi including Voters'ID, Adhar card, Passport with Delhi address. I have been living in Delhi since my birth.
For applying for a scholarship i need DOMICILE CERTIFICATE which takes 21-30 days to be issued (if done in correct manner). Since the last date to apply for schlarship is 30 june 2015, i dont have the time to the certificate issued. Is there any alternative for domicile certificate that could be used like affidavit or something??
Please help me out
