I am Amar Singh of village Nabipur PO Narain garh Distt Ambala.I submitted my completed application for issue of Senior Citizen identity card to the Govt.representative on the 1st tuesday of August ie 04.08.2015.Till today I did not get my card.Iapproached Sh Sunil Kumar of BDO office Naraingarh to know the status of my card.His answer was very funny and irresponsible(ie He told that no card has been received since2004 and hope that it will not be received.Kindly advise me what shall I do.
