I am an retired Army officer presently stationed at Navsari , Gujarat. My present driving licence will expire on 03 Mar 2017 ( DL no AS - 1220120002089 ) issued on 12 Mar 12.
Request advice procedure to obtain NOC and renew the same at Navsari , Gujarat. Regards.
