I am facing a problem. Tehsildar (Zirakpur) returns all the documents without signing saying there is some mistakes in the documents, but never communicates what mistakes. Number of attempts have been made to get the house registered but of no use. feeling helpless in my own country.......... The clerks asking for 20,000 rupees as bribe/commission on behalf of Tahsildar. This is still in practice and may continues for decades . Need help . They say money goes to evryone, hence no action can be taken against him.
