I am going to purchase a new TVS Jupiter Scooter in Meerut (U.P.) Dealer is asking for handsome amount as bribe to be given to RTO officials for registration of new vehicle.

Please inform whether I can obtain online registration of new vehicle myself or I have to necessarily visit local RTO office. Please inform the complete procedure and the forms that I can download and fill myself. What documents to be obtained from dealer and submitted to RTO.
