I am having a honda activa which is registered in UP.but as now i am working in mumbai so i got my vehicle here.I didnt transfer the number but got my noc from UP.But my mistake i have lost my RC and original noc.so i want to know the procedure to follow for obtaining duplicate registration for my vehicle from mumbai.
