I am having Permanent Driving license issued by erstwhile AP Government

I am having Permanent Driving license issued by erstwhile AP Government which is expiring on 16.09.2017 , first issued on 07.08.1982 last renewed on 17.09.2012.Now i am working in Delhi in a Bank and residing in CR Park . I would like to know whether i can renew the license in Delhi. If so what are the formalities and forms i need to fill in and comply. Any website or office to be approached in this regard and fess payable. Kindly guide me
