I am holding FOUR wheeler as well as TWO wheeler Plastic driving license from Calcutta, West Bengal since 17.01.1980 which was initially valid up to 14.09.1997. In the year 1993 I shifted to Vadodara, Gujarat and got the same license renewed through RTO - Vadodara Gujarat. Subsequent renewal were done until 14.09.2002 with a validity up to 14.09.2007 and thereafter just due to an overlook I missed out to get the license renewed after 14.09.2007. Recently I noticed that I haven't got my license renewed and wanted to do so but was told by a RTO agent that it cannot be renewed any more. What is the way out to get the said license re-validated now?
