I am holding LMV Driving Licence issued in MUMBI--RTO Mumbai central--Date of Expiry--24/05/2015
This Dri.Licence was issued When I am in Govt.Service at Mumbai.Now permanently settled at Goa.
kindly advice the procedure to renew the DL.Can I renew at Goa ?
