I am living in govt accomodation in mayur vihar 2 and the water charges @RS 315 is deducted by PWD and simultaneously i am being served fradulent bills by DJB. In reply to to my grevances no 201666250 dated 09 07 2016 I am asked by ZRO(W) to install new water meter. please clarify if the arrears fredulently asked by DJB be waived off since I regularly pay the fixed charges to PWD
