I am residing in a 3BHK apartment in Bangalore, Kadugodi area. I
I am residing in a 3BHK apartment in Bangalore, Kadugodi area. I am in this flat from last 3 years. I have registered this property in April 2017 and get moved on May 2017. I Have started paying electricity bill from Nov 2017. The meter is still not transferred on my name. Builder able to get Occupancy certificate this year on Aug 2020. As I know without having OC it is illegal to pay property tax. So I have not pay till now. As now we got OC what is the procedure to pay the property tax and How I can transfer khata and electricity meter on my name. From when I have to pay property tax. Please guide me.
