I am workig as Sr.Asst in O/o CFAC, Adilabad I am PHC person due removal of larynx i have lost my voice i have got PHC certificate from ENT Koti Hyderbad with 100% disability. now I want Sadaram Certificate in our district they are saying that, they have no software in their system for my category where should i get certificate.
