I applied for a Fresh Passport (normal) online on 10/07/17 opting appointment date 13/07/17 at Passport Seva Kendra, Silchar but no confirmation of appointment schedule received.Moreover, the PRFN was also not made available to me. Please confirm the status. Reference as mentioned below
