I bought a plot of 150 sqyards . After buying , i came to know that plot was not converted for non agriculture purpose. No roads are registered under panchayati. Now i want construct a house after land conversion . How can i convert my plot converted to non agricluture purpose and plan approval is needed. Please help me in this regard and please give your valuable suggestions.
