I filed my income tax manually for the AY 2011-12 and there was a refund amount which till date i have not received. i gave an application to my AO at Panvel and have acknowledgement almost 6 months before since then i have visited them almost every month but only getting same reply of - Come Later.
can anybody help me in this matter till date they have not asked for a bribe but i think there intention may be for bribe.
so kindly guide me
