I had applied for fresh passport on 23/6/17 and I had submitted all my documents on that day.The next day I had police verification and in September I received a letter stating that my present residing period is not matching.so I need to enquire about this what I should do? I forgot my user ID and password for my first appointment I had taken.Kindly do the needful.
