I had applied for reissue of Passport on 8th November, 2012 vide File No. CA2071646952112 and have still not received the same. Every time I approach the Regional Passport Office, Kolkata, I am said that a clear police verification report has not been received by them. I just want to know how much time does it take to issue a passport to an applicant, one year or two year or more than that or I have to pay a bribe for the same which I have not paid yet to them.
