I had applied for a Tatkaal passport online, and had paid 1500 rs. But now I am not in need of it, and thus I want to apply for a normal passport. I just want to know what should I do next and if there is any chance of adjusting my previously paid money into the new passport application. kindly answer to my queries in my email id
