I have a car registered to Uttar Pradesh Number. I was in a job & earlier posted in Uttar Pradesh where i bought this car. Last year in June i was transferred to Panvel & so i bring my car along with me. Now many times whenever cops see a out of state car (i think when they saw a car from UP) they stop me & try to charge a challan every time. Every time they take Rs. 300 - 500. Its very tough for me to drive my car in entire Maharashtra especially in Panvel area. I tried to get a NOC from my UP registration office but because my car is financed so they told me that they can't provide me NOC to transfer my registration to another state before my finance get clear. 1st i have to clear my balance finance part then they will issue a NOC for my car registration transfer. If i am able to clear the finance in just 2-3 months then why should i take finance ? I am not in a position to clear my finance right now. And i have to use my car in Maharashtra as my 90 % job is travelling. Can anyone help me in this to resolve my this problem.
