I have a correction in my name.. The name submitted to the birth certificate issuing authority was sahil kumar but my name is sahil sharma. Now I am applying for passport, all my documents bears the name as sahil sharma but the birth certificate is named as Sahil kumar. i wanted to change my name in the birth certificate. Kindly suggest me the exact procedure for the name Change .
