I have a scooter registered at Pune, Maharashtra in year 2000. Being a GOI employee, I'm presently employed at Bhilai, Chhatisgarh. I am required to re-register (due after 15 years) my scooter now at Bhilai. Request advice the procedure for renewal o vehicle registration in a state other than initial state of registration.
