I have already emailed the BWSSB but they are not interested in answer the question

They want me to pay 3500 to replace their faulty water meter.

The guy who came for meter reading said that its Rs.3500 to change the meter.

Its a 11 yr old meter. All we asking for is a fair approved price for our small building of 6 apartments.
