I have applied for new pan card through an NSDL agent at Agartala,named Subhankar,Application was submitted to the agent on the 6th December,2016. The agent is not giving response to my inquiry now .Kindly ,suggeswt me how to get the pan card from him at the earliest.Also suggest me what measures may be taken against the said agent.
