I have applied for passport on 26-07-2017 through online. My application ID was 100010597890117 and appointment date was 05-09-2017 at 2.45 PM. I have received a message on my mobile No. 988240238 that CH2061480844617 Pass port No, R5006991 dispatched on 09-10-2017 and cab be tracked using speed post tracking No.PP839298587IN as well as on my mail id. But I have not received the said speed post. I have enquired from postal authorities sector-17, Chandigarh. They have apprised that this article is not traceable with given ID. I have been advised to submit a complaint to passport authorities. It is requested to look into the matter and reissue the passport.
