I have been making rounds to RTo office for issuance of my duplicate RC.
I had all my papers ready...1.form 26, 2.praman letter from police regarding lost RC,3.PUC,4.Insurance
Since i reside over here in a rented place..i gave rent agreement along with index copy of the house(that it belongs to my owner).
When all these documents were submitted...they asked for my police verification.
Is POLICE VERIFICATION NECESSARY for issuance of duplicate RC?
