I have been recently alloted flat from greater noida authority as per draw result of BHS16/2013 and asked to go for Lease to Agreement.I have got sms from several touts/officials regarding their help for lease to agreement, I talked to both and they are demanding BRIBE of 6000-7000 to facilitate the process in one visit instead of coming 4-5 times.Even the person employed with authority are saying so.Please throw some light on the same and how to proceed.
