I have bought a car on 15th jan, 2015 from RANCHI (JHARKHAND). From there my car was temporarily registered. My permanent address is in BARRACKPORE (KOLKATA). The RTO officials of KOLKATA are saying that they need a verification mail from RANCHI DTO confirming the temporary registration. We sent Email from RTO office KOLKATA twice but the RANCHI officials never replied of the Emails. Is there any other way for my cars registration? Is there any other rule?? Please let me know ASAP.
