I have changed my name officially by getting an affidavit, advertising

I have changed my name officially by getting an affidavit, advertising in newspaper and getting it published in Gazette of india. but i've not gotten any hard copy of it. it is only online with other changed name which doesnot looks like official when print that page.
How can i get publication copy?
And How can I change My name on My Birth Certificate?
