I have Driving Licence issued from RTO,Andheri(W),Mumbai in 1997 and valid upto Jan 2016. As I am in Govt. service, I am presently posted at Dhanbad in Jharkhand.Tell me what is procedure to get my D.L renewed.Can I apply for renewal right now oe whether I have to apply inJan.16.Do I need NOC from RTO Mumbai for renewal at Dhanbad- P.K.Pandey,Dhanbad
