I have gone through the cases of corruption in Exam Duties in UTTAR PRADESH TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY. I have complained regarding this to VC, REGISTRAR and other authorities through mail and fax but no strict actions were taken by the officials neither any response came from them.
In MMTU(formaly UPTU) people who are not doing jobs or doing regular courses in any university join as examiners as well as FLYING Squad's and the authorities do that knowingly.
