I have got a NOC from M.P. for Jaipur (Rajasthan) on 06-08-2013, but now I dont want to stay in Jaipur for more than 1 year. What should I do? I have some question?
1. What a NOC really do?
2. If I dont submit NOC and dont get new registration here, is my bike expelled from M.P. records?
