I have old book type DL having motor cycle with gear and light motor

I have old book type DL having motor cycle with gear and light motor vehicle since 2005 and validity 20 years means to 2025.But I want to change it to smart card DL .so what is the process and how can I get it. Because in Ganjam District 2 RTO office is available now.
Please suggest me...
