I have purchased 2 nd hand vehicle .He gave me duplicate RC because he has bike loan and he promised me that he will give original RC with NOC &cc with in 15 days .I lost that duplicate RC .right now I don't have any documents about that vehicle and I tried to call him but his phone is switched off what should I do
