I Have purchased a NA 47 plot in Aurangabad in 5 months back,with legal registry but im facing problem of Registration of my name over 7/12.As Talathi is saying that process of 7/12 registration is hold by govt due to some issue.
Suggest me howw i will get 7/12 extract, since registration of plot has done 5 months back,is there any problem will come at the time of getting 7/12?
