I have purchased one flat at Rajpur-Sonarpur municipal area.The completion certificate had already provide to builder by the municipality.Now,I would like to get mutation from the respective municipality.The builder had paid taxes upto March,2016.Please let me know what documents are require & expenditure involved in getting mutation.
