I have purchased a plot of 12 guntha. i have did kharedikhat of it. i have got ferfar in which my name and plot size is mentioned. but talathi refused to add my name in 7/12 saying it is reserved for punarvasan. the fact is that the developer had left 25% land for punarvasan as per the rule. jilladhikari had given the permission to sell rest of the land from which i have purchased 12000 sq.ft.in 2012. many people purchased it after me. he had added thier names in 7/12. i have submeeted my case to prantadhikari. Can i take any action aginst talathi?
