I have shifted to Ghaziabad from Delhi and my DL is expiring in next month therefore now I want my new DL from Ghaziabad RTO with present address in Ghaziabad.Do I need to go to Delhi RTO for this or Ghaziabad.I have aadhar card/PP of my present address as address proof.Please advise.
