I have taken 10 cents of agriculture land for commercial use, total

I have taken 10 cents of agriculture land for commercial use, total land is 1 acre,
I have lease aggrement for 3 years.

Can i convert 10 cents aggreculture to non agriculture for 3 years , after that it should be aggreculture.

is it possible in andhra pradesh ?
