I have taken land in HARNAI,MAHARSHTRA and it is almost 5-6 year ,...

I have taken land in HARNAI,MAHARSHTRA and it is almost 5-6 year , but this land is not on my name because of AGRICULTURE. I not a farmer. Can you please guide me how to convert this land to N.A. as per current change in govt rule.
